Wedding Packages

Ceremony

Set the perfect tone for your wedding with live music throughout your ceremony. Our package includes an optional 20 minute set of stunning harmonies as guest arrive, a special song of choice for the grand entrance, 2-3 songs during the signing (if applicable), a celebratory exit song of your choice as you begin your journey as a newly married couple.

Welcome Drinks Reception

Create the perfect atmosphere for your drinks reception with 80 minutes of live acoustic music and rich vocal harmonies. Whether you prefer soft, romantic melodies or upbeat classics, we’ll set the tone while you celebrate your first moments as newlyweds.

Wedding Breakfast

Make a grand entrance as we sing you into your wedding breakfast, setting the perfect tone for your meal. Enjoy 80 minutes of live acoustic music, creating a warm and elegant atmosphere, or getting the party started while you and your guests wine and dine.

Cocktail Hour & First Dance

Also known as the venue 'Turnaround', this is the perfect time to elevate the energy before the evening celebrations begin. We’ll set the tone with 60-80 minutes of high-energy classics in acoustic form, keeping guests entertained while the venue transitions for the night ahead. Then take centre stage with your first dance and let us make it a memorable moment with a live performance of your special song.

Half or Full Day Packages

At SASS Surprise Singers, we believe that booking your Wedding Singers should be effortless and enjoyable. Here’s how we ensure a smooth experience from your initial enquiry to the big day itself.

What’s Included?

High-Quality Sound System – Crystal-clear, completely wireless PA system to allow for seamless transitions throughout your day.
Outfit coordination to match your wedding theme.
Unlimited Support – Check-in calls and ongoing communication to ensure every detail is just right.
Essential Documentation – Public Liability Insurance, PAT test certificates, and risk assessments available upon request.

Enquiry & Availability Check

Reach out to us on our website or social media where you will find our enquiry form. This helps us gather key details such as your date, venue, and performance preferences. Once we’ve confirmed our availability, we’ll promptly respond with our package options and pricing.

Planning & Personalisation

As your wedding approaches, we’ll be in touch to refine the details. We’ll send out our Spotify playlist and help you finalise your song choices. If you require a new song request we will send a reminder email 6 months prior to ensure we have enough time to 'Sassify' your requests. Following this you will receive a JotForm that will outline all of the finale details we will need.

Your Wedding Day

On the day, we arrive early to set up, liaise with the venue, and ensure a flawless performance. Whether it’s an emotional ceremony song or an energetic wedding breakfast set, we seamlessly blend into the day, creating unforgettable moments for you and your guests.

Secure Your Booking

If you’d like to proceed, we’ll send over:

✔ A contract outlining the details of your booking

✔ A deposit invoice to secure your date along with all the information you need

Once your deposit is received, your booking is officially confirmed!

Final Confirmation

Four weeks before the wedding, we will schedule a final check-in call to confirm all arrangements, discuss colour themes so we can coordinate outfits, and confirm key timings whilst putting your mind at ease, and ensuring we’re fully aligned with your vision.

Post-Wedding Follow-Up

After the wedding, we’ll reach out to thank you, share any captured footage (where approved), and provide a simple way to leave a review. Your feedback is invaluable to us, and we love celebrating the magic of your day with you.
